Lynda Higson (mezzo-soprano) has performed as soloist and chorus member with the Dale Warland Singers, the Minnesota Chorale, the San Francisco Symphony Chorus and the Carmel Bach Festival.

She has been a regular member of the Philharmonia Baroque Orchestra Chorale since 1999. She has appeared as soloist in the Bach Mass in B minor and St. John Passion, Handel Messiah, Pergolesi Stabat Mater, Mozart Requiem and Duruflé Requiem.

A native of Nebraska, she earned a Master of Music degree in Vocal Performance from the Eastman School of Music where she was a student of Jan DeGaetani.
