Soprano Rita Lilly has appeared as a featured soloist with the American Boychoir, the American Classical Orchestra, Artek, Bachworks, the Bach Aria Group, Clarion Music Society, Concert Royal, the Eastern Connecticut Symphony, the Levin Baroque Ensemble, the Long Island Baroque Ensemble, and the New York Concert of Viols, among others. She has also been featured as a guest artist in a recital with Anthony Newman and the Brandenburg Collegium. As the soprano soloist of the Waverly Consort, she has toured throughout the U.S. and abroad, including performances at Alice Tully Hall and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Live broadcasts include WNCN, National Public Radio, and Radio Canada. Ms. Lilly mad her Carnegie-Weill Hall debut in Pergolesiís Stabat Mater. Since moving to the Bay Area, Ms. Lilly has sung with the American Bach Soloists, Magnificat, Bach Delegates, the Baroque Choral Guild, New Music Works, the Venetian Consort Ave, the Messaien production of St. FranÁois díAssise with the San Francisco Opera, as a featured soloist on an all-Bach recital at Berkeleyís MusicSources, and in the title role of Holstís Savitri in a production at Mills College. Her recordings on EMI-Angel with the Waverly Consort include 1492- Music in the Age of Discovery, A Waverly Consort Christmas, and The Traveler, on Musical Heritage with the American Boychoir of Handel and Vivaldiís Dixit Dominus, on Newport Classics of Scarlattiís St. Cecilia Mass, Leo Sowerbyís Medieval Poem with the Fairfield Orchestra, and A German Baroque Christmas with the American Classic Orchestra.
